Due to the limitation of manual installation of traction motor, its electromagnetic load, mechanical load and thermal load are relatively high; coupled with strong vibration and shock from the line, harsh environmental conditions (dust, moisture, grease), the load often changes greatly, requiring Overload and deep field weakening, among other conditions, make the operation of the commutator and brush arrangements in traction motors difficult.
