The working principle of the vibration motor and the installation combination form

Update:04 Jan 2022

The emergence of vibrating motors has simplified the structure of vibrating machines. Many new types of vibrating machines have been produced by using multiple vibration forms. More importantly, it has simplified the design method and design process of vibrating machines. This is also the use of vibrating motors to excite vibration. Vibration machinery is getting deeper and deeper into all walks of life and getting a wide range of reasons, so what is a vibrating motor and what is its working principle?

The vibration motor is to install a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block is used to obtain the exciting force. In this way, the eccentric block generates the excitation force and is transmitted to the vibrating machine through the motor. The vibration motor only needs to adjust the outer eccentric block to form a certain angle with the inner eccentric block, and the excitation force can be adjusted steplessly.

The vibration motor can produce different vibration trajectories according to different installation and combination forms on the vibrating body, so as to effectively complete various tasks. Similar to another vibration source vibrator of vibrating machinery, if a single vibration motor is installed, a circular or elliptical motion trajectory will be produced; if two vibration motors of the same model and the same speed but opposite directions are installed, they will produce linear motion. Trajectory: You can also use two different types of vibration motors with different speeds as needed to produce composite vibration trajectories. Generally, there are two forms of dual-frequency composite and double-amplitude composite. For example, two vibrating motors are installed at the feeding end and the discharging end of the screening equipment, so that the feeding end exhibits large-amplitude low-frequency vibration, while the discharging end exhibits small-amplitude high-frequency vibration, and the middle of the screening machine overlaps Two kinds of vibration make the screening machine play a more effective screening role.
